Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a boutique law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a flexible, hybrid work model.

The Paralegal's responsibilities include:

Partner with attorneys on case development, discovery, and trial preparation
Gather, organize, and prepare documents for review, production, and analysis
Assist in drafting, preparing, and filing briefs and other legal documents
Serve as an integral part of trial teams from planning through execution
Anticipate needs of clients, colleagues, and cases to help keep matters running smoothly
Conduct research on companies, individuals, issues, and opportunities
Interview prospective clients and support intake processes
Prepare pleadings and related documents
Actively pursue ongoing professional growth with full support from the firm

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a similar paralegal role
Strong background in complex litigation
Comfortable and confident supporting trial teams
